Participants included Liang Zhongxiu, Xiong Weiping (executive directors of Chalco), Wu Weicheng, Ding Haiyan (members of the board of directors), Li Henglong, Zhang Chengzhong, Chen Jihua (Vice Presidents of Chalco), delegates from China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd., China Orient Asset Management Co., Ltd., China Development Bank, Guangxi Development& Investment Co., Ltd., Guizhou Resources Development& Investment Management Co. The meeting deliberated on and passed eleven resolutions, including those on the debt-for-equity swap of Chinalco, overseas listing of Chalco, and the new charter of Chalco.
